Our sustainability efforts are based on four focus areas: ‘Our Employees,’ ‘Our Business,’ ‘Our Environment,’ and ‘Our Commitment.’ Within each area, we have clear goals, action plans, and activities. Our sustainability work is also aligned with the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the global goals, as well as the UN’s Global Compact.
Our employees are our most important asset. To ensure their well-being and satisfaction, we are commited to promoting a good and safe working environment with an open and inclusive atmosphere.
Our relationships with customers and suppliers are based on long-term commitment, credibility, and responsiveness. Since our operations have a clear societal interest, our view on business ethics is especially important.
We have three main focuses in our environmental efforts: emissions from our own operations, emissions from purchased goods and services, and waste. All three areas are linked to clear objectives and action plans to achieve the goals and monitor progress.
For us, it is a given to contribute resources, time, and personnel to help the most vulnerable in our society. For example, we are a partner with the City Mission.
