Magnus Johansson holds an MSc in Computer Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. He has an MBA from the Gothenburg School of Economics.

He also has degrees from Officershögskolan in Karlskrona and the Swedish War College in Stockholm. Since 1997 Magnus has been the owner and CEO of Transtema AB, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transtema Group AB.
